FIREARM SALES

What happens when I purchase a Firearm or Receiver?

Before your order of a firearm will ship, you will need to provide us with a local FFL holder (gun dealer) where we can ship your  new firearm.  Your local gun dealer will NEED to do a background check on you before he can release your order to you. There most likely will be an additional fee for this from your local gun dealer.  Please inform local gun dealer of your intention to ship your Roth Performance order to them and inquire about fees and paperwork necessary. Please make sure you will PASS the background check before ordering as there are no returns on Firearms.  Roth Performance will need the FFL Holder’s contact information so we can get a copy of their FFL and transfer the system to them.  NO NEW FIREARM OR RECEIVER WILL SHIP to your residence.

NOTE: ALL FIREARM and Receiver sales are FINAL. Once a firearm has been transferred to an individual, it is no longer a new gun, whether fired or not. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Product/Order Questions

How long until my order gets shipped if In Stock?

All orders are usually shipped promptly from our warehouse inventory within 1 – 2 business days using UPS or USPS unless Backordered, a Special Order, or a serialized product (GUN or receiver).  Tracking numbers are emailed to email address provided on order.

Some products say “Backordered” or “Out of Stock” but I can still order, what does this mean?

Due to higher than anticipated demand, we have so many orders on file that most of the time it means we cannot physically ship them out fast enough to be considered “In Stock”.  There will be a delay in shipping with products that say “Backordered”. Orders will be filled in order that they are received so simply place an order in the online store as you would for any “In Stock” item and they will be shipped as soon as we possibly can.

Some products say “Out of Stock” but I cannot order them, what does this mean?

Due to higher than anticipated demand, we are not accepting orders at this time for that product.  Please check back often as status can change anytime or email us to join our waitlist and you will be emailed when the website has been restocked.

Will you ship outside the USA?

No.  Roth Concept Innovations does not export any products since many of our products require US export licenses.

Are there any states you will not ship to?

Depending on the product you are purchasing, yes. RCI does not currently ship the INTEGRATED XRAILs  from our website to the District of Columbia, CA, CO, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or parts of IL (Aurora and Chicago) and parts of OH (Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati or Toledo) due to current state or local legislation banning products like ours unless you have a special license permitting us to do so (we will need a copy for our records). For more detailed information from NRA-ILA Office of Legislative Counsel 1-6-10, click here.   This list can change at any time.  It is your responsibility to know your current laws/rules/regulations/etc. before you purchase our products!   If you purchase our products and live somewhere where we are not allow to ship, you WILL be charged a 15% restocking fee and the product WILL NOT SHIP!

PLEASE NOTE : RCI ‘s policy is NOT to give legal or legislative advice. It is YOUR responsibility to follow ALL your Federal, State, and local gun laws since they can change at any time.  This list may not be up to date!  Contact your Attorney General of your State to ask about your laws.
